The SJH Pulse Mobile App is a resource for healthcare news in over 30 medical industries, as well as regional news relating to Saint Joseph's Health and various resource links to external applications and websites. Physicians and others associated with the medical industry will now be able to access relevant, engaging content on the go via the AppBurst-developed mobile app.
Users of the mobile app can search for specific news items or browse content sorted into industry categories and organized by date of publication. Industry news can also be shared via email, Twitter, and Facebook or bookmarked in the app for easy access at a later time. Content is continually updated and comes from a variety of sources, including medical journals, conferences, and government initiatives.
The app not only serves as an industry news resource, but also provides users with organization-specific alerts and initiatives, as well as links to external websites and other useful mobile applications for the medical industry.
The St. Joseph Health System consists of 14 acute care hospitals and a variety of other health facilities, including outpatient services, community clinics, and home health agencies. With an additional presence in non-traditional settings such as shopping malls and schools, St. Joseph Health System maintains a strong presence across the western United States in three distinct regions: Northern California, Southern California, and West Texas/Eastern New Mexico.
Apps For Events, a service of AppBurst, previously worked with Saint Joseph's to build the SJHS 2012 Trustee Conference Mobile App.
